Terms of Service

By installing or using Indossa (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for the account you sign in with. Don't impersonate someone else; don't create accounts for someone else without permission.

You may not:

• Upload photos of people without their consent.
• Upload photos of minors.
• Use the App to generate non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes intended to defame, or sexual content involving minors.
• Use automated tools to scrape, replicate, or abuse the service.
• Reverse-engineer the App or attempt to extract third-party API keys.
• Use the service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation, with or without notice.

Indossa is sold as one-time, non-renewing try-on packs (currently 3, 10, or 30 try-ons per pack) purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not run subscriptions and we do not auto-renew. Pack pricing is shown in-app before purchase. Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's refund policies, not ours directly — contact the platform you purchased through.

Each new account receives one free try-on. Purchased try-ons do not expire and are tied to your account, not your device. We may change pack sizes, pricing, and the free-tier amount over time; already-purchased try-ons remain usable under the terms in effect when they were bought.

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process those photos for the sole purpose of generating your try-on result and showing you the history of your try-ons. We don't use your photos to train models. We don't share them outside the third-party processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

The try-on results are produced by a machine learning model. They may not perfectly represent any real person or garment. They are for personal entertainment use. You may share, save, and post results, but you're responsible for how you use them — for example, you shouldn't pass them off as authentic photos in contexts where authenticity matters.

We do our best to keep the App running, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or capacity reasons. We may discontinue features or the entire App with reasonable notice.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Settings. We can terminate or suspend access for material violations of these Terms. On termination, any unused try-ons in your account are forfeited and data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction the operator is based in, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. We'll show the new effective date at the top of this page and notify you in-app on first launch after a material change.
